## What to include

Include the order/deployment ID, approximate time and timezone, what you expected, what happened, and any API request ID. Redact secrets from screenshots.

Never send an API token, SSH private key, password, notebook token, or full payment-card details. A legitimate support request does not require your raw API secret.

If you suspect a token leaked, revoke it immediately using `/tokens` in private Telegram.
