Private account actions

Token management and secret reveal are private-chat only. In a group, the bot directs you to a private chat instead of revealing credentials. If a rental budget is pending, finish it or use the flow’s cancel/back control before opening tokens. Canceling token email capture must leave no pending email prompt. See Rent a GPU and credentials.
